Dana is a dedicated case manager and specialist support coordinator with comprehensive hands-on experience across the disability, mental health, and community sectors. She is widely recognised for her deeply person-centred approach, ensuring that every support plan is guided by the individual’s unique goals, strengths, and lived experience. Dana has supported a diverse range of clients, including individuals with acquired brain injuries (ABI), spinal cord injuries, mental health conditions, and complex needs related to substance use. Her experience spans hospital discharges, high-risk accommodation transitions, VCAT advocacy, and crisis intervention. All approached with empathy, professionalism, and a focus on long-term, meaningful outcomes. Dana brings strong expertise in working with statutory bodies and trustees, including Funds in Court and State Trustees, and has a deep understanding of compensation and rehabilitation schemes such as TAC, NIISQ, iCare, and WorkCover. Dana also has extensive experience in the not-for-profit and social housing sectors, having worked closely with the Department of Families, Fairness and Housing (DFFH) to deliver tenancy support and housing stability programs.
